While perusing one of the lists I co-own, I came upon this:
 
N/A    Your subscription must be confirmed as soon as possible!  Please
send a CONFIRM command to avoid being removed from the list, or contact
the list owner for assistance.
 
My question is:  What assistance can I provide?  is their a command:
 
confirm grunge-l [log in to unmask]
