Whoops.  I guess you learn something every day.

If you are explicitly defined as an Editor= in the list header, the per-
subscriber threshold does not apply.

If you are not defined as an Editor=, but are instead set to the personal
option of EDITOR, the per-subscriber threshold DOES apply.  It appears,
however, that you can send one more message per day than the setting.  I
actually tested this before I sent my last message but I had the threshold
set to 2 and sent 3 messages.  All went through.  Then, my suspicious nature
kicked in and I sent a fourth message--and it got caught.  But this was after
I posted to the list, so please forgive me :)
