Hi Howard. :-)
You can have your subscribers send the command
SET yourlist-l REPRO
to receive copies of messages they've posted to your list.

You could issue a
QUIET SET yourlist-l REPRO for *@*
command.

You might also consider making REPRO a default option in your
list header, like this:
* Default-Options= Repro
BTW, I *think* REPRO only functions this way when the user is set to
"mail", and won't send a copy of the posted message to those who're
set to "digest".
If/when users get tired of REPRO, they can send a
SET yourlist-l NOREPRO
SET yourlist-l ACK
to turn off the REPRO feature and receive instead a short
acknowledgement that their message has been posted.
