Correct. Which is why many sites use the Renewal= option to prevent people
from being on NOMAIL for 6mos or 3 years or longer... Renewal msgs will
occur at the defined intervals regardless of a NOMAIL setting. Renewal is
only prevented by the NORENEW setting, (settable only by the Owner).
If you have a problem address and somebody needs to have 2+ subscriptions,
one set to NOMAIL for technical reasons, you should also set them to
NORENEW so the renewal doesn't accidentally close out that subscription.
