Contrary to popular belief, email is not perfect and sometimes things get lost.
Did you retry the command? What result do you get?
What result do you get from a 'Thanks' command or a SHOW VERSION command? If
all go astray, then you have a problem with your ISP which is improperly
blocking LISTSERV's command msg replies.
