I think its all, but not sure.

One thing I found is that if the mail was sent by one of the brain-dead
mailers that don't insert line-ends,  so that each paragraph is one line
of several hundred or thousand characters,  Listserv counts that as ONE
line.

Ben, Nathan, would you please enter a suggestion that if the character
count exceeds 75*sizelim,  the message should bounce in the same way it
would if it currently exceeds sizelim?
