FULLHDR has some obscure side effects, including one where Listserv
stuffs a bunch of leading spaces into the Subject header.  This causes
problems for some email clients, including Outlook Express, which
isn't smart enough to strip the leading spaces.  You will begin to see
Subject lines like this: " Re:     Re: reply to reproaches", which will cause
messages to no longer be sorted into its proper subject thread.
I've been complaining about this bug to various L-Soft reps for years.
