If her name in the subscriber list is in mIxEd case, try exactly
the same case on a delete command. If not, (or this fails) can you
do a query with wildcards that will come back with just this user?
If so, you can delete with the same wildcard. i.e.
Her proper address is [log in to unmask]
Try a: QUERY NINEPATCHN FOR jane*
or: QUERY NINEPATCHN FOR *@this*
If the query returns her & her only (these examples may need some
refining), then do a:
QUIET DELETE NINEPATCHN *@this*
Or whatever wildcard you wound up with.
