If you are asking how your boss can turn off the signature file that gets
appended onto each of his outgoing e-mail messages, that has nothing to do
with Listserv. Signature file control is done through the software that's
used to send the e-mail. You or your boss will have to check the
documentation for whatever software he uses to send e-mail.
