Yes, but only if the list is based in a DBMS, not a native LISTSERV format list,
and the mailing must be submitted as a DISTRIBUTE MAIL-MERGE job. LSMTP 1.1b
(Classic) is also required as the outbound SMTP mailer.
LISTSERV's Mail-Merge functions are documented in the Developers Guide.
