In the discussion on "All," for Moderator, folk are putting "the"
editor in the Moderator line(s) as well as the Editor line, right?

I haven't used the Moderator line in 14.4, but recall, I think, that I
had to do that the only time I used Moderator, in 1.8e, or maybe 1.8d,
to get copies of all items needing approval sent to all of my listowner
addresses (was having ISP problems at the time).
