Doing a LISTSERV cmd
 
list global /financial
 
will reveal some lists in which you might be interest.  I co-operate
one: FINAID-L (for USA Financial Aid offices, not, repeat, NOT for
questions about how students/parents apply for F.A. (this emphasis was
placed here to make sure others who read this message understand the
focus)).
