This will display the login address, or a message stating that the user
is not logged in, at the top of almost every page generated by the web
interface. This change needs to be made by the site administrator, so
that it applies to all lists. We have been using this in production on
1.8e for over a year. I have not tested it with more recent versions,
but I have no reason to believe that it will not work. This was
originally posted to the LSTSRV-L list in July 2004, by me.
