A few people on my lists are having problems with AOL, presumably
because of the "source-route problem."
   Has anybody written some boiler plate that explains the problem
in non-technical terms I can send the people affected?

   Is it worth sending something like this to all list subscribers
or is this outage going to limited to relatively few subscribers?
