problem with forms

Hi,

I'm pretty new to listserv and installed it for evaluation.
My problem

I created my lists by when I create a MAILTPL file for that list with
>>> INFO and BOTTOM_BANNER sections I always receive what is defined in
the DEFAULT.MAILTPL File.

Listserv Lite 1.8c
Windows NT 4.0 Server
