I need help with something.  I am trying to use the Probe1 template so
that my subscribers receive a reminder list every 7 days.  On weeks 1,
2, and 3, they should receive a short list of reminders; on week 4,
they should get the full list guidelines.  I have "Renewal=
7-Daily,Probe" in my list header.

I set this up yesterday (the Probe1 template is below).  Today, some
(not all!) of my subscribers received this:

First, what did I do wrong here?  Do I need another set of
parentheses somewhere?

Second, why didn't everybody get this?  220 out of 376 subscribers
were probed.
