I'm having trouble creating a mail template on VM as the following
message indicates.  My method was to GET DEFAULT MAILTPL, edit it by
replacing the text for new subscribers, and then PUTting it back as
CLOWN-L MAILTPL  with and without passwords and with and without a filemode.  I
even tried creating the file on Listserv first and received the same message.
Anyone see the problem?
