I kind of agree with Doug.  I would be willing to fork over a modest amount
for a decent manual.  But I think the market is awfully limited to get anyone
to publish it.   Many of us own multiple lists.   So: the number of listowners
is probably less than we think.
 
BTW:  I own land in Florida (Santa Rosa County, right by Pensacola) and I ain't
selling [but if i could get a house in Baghdad, now, hmmmm....Florida, that is]
