Once again, I find myself thinking about how to automatically prevent 
publication of messages that contain excessive amounts of quoted text. To 
that end, I recently changed SIZELIM to 100.

Now I'm thinking about using CONTENT_FILTER. 

It seems that the Hamtech adminstrator was very happy with the filter she 
set up, last March or thereabouts:

> Fixed the CONTENT_FILTER, resent the test post, 
> and got a neat little bounce message.  

Adrianne, I'd like to know if you are still thrilled.
