Another approach that you can take is to ask your members who don't want
the banner on their address just as well, to email their [log in to unmask] or to call them to ask them to remove the banner for their
email addresses.  I have emailed hotmails staff in the past for other reasons
and I found them to be very supportive and very nice people.
