Did you PUT a file called Welcome for your list?  If you PUT a file called
WELCOME and FAREWELL for your list, those will be sent to the user for each
action as well.

I can't remember how to find out what txt files are stored for the list, but
you can check for the welcome file by sending the command GET <listname>
WELCOME in the body of an email.  Out of time to see how to access that via web
interface.

I believe the * means the template is modified and not the default.
