You could send an INDEX NEW-LIST to listserv@ndsuvm1 (@vm1.nodak.edu).
Send a GET LISTSERV TIPS to listserv@ubvm (@ubvm.cc.buffalo.edu),
followed by an INDEX LSVOWNER.
 
The returned filelists will contain the names of files which you
will use to do additional GETs.
 
There may be additional training materials on NETTRAIN.
 
And of course ;-) there are listserv-related Search exercises in
the LDBASE-L archives at UKANVM.  But that's probably for a
different class.
