The Digest line in your list header should say where the digest goes.  If
it says "Same" that means it goes to the same place the archives go, i.e.
to the place specified on the Notebook line.  If neither of those lines
specifies a location, I don't recall what the default is - others would know,
but they will want to know what operating system the server is using.
