We've got a list that has used "separate" notebooks for years.
Up until fix18ax2, the filetypes were of the form YY-nnnnn and the
nnnnn portion just kept increasing forever -- it did not reset each
year.  Now it looks like it is resetting.  Is this something I can
control, or is it a design change?
