FILELISTs themselves may be subscribed to (AFD/FUI), but should
not be if they contain active notebooks.
 
AFD ADD LINFO FILELIST LISTSERV
 
or
 
FUI ADD LINFO FILELIST LISTSERV
 
which contains LISTSERV Release notes and other files e.g., FAQs
but NO notebooks.
 
Thus anytime any file is added or replaced, I get the equivalent
of an INDEX LINFO sent to me.  (I then scan the output for
current dated info.)
 
Please do not issue this kind of command unless you can observe
the results for a few days to help ensure that you are not
being deluged by AFD/FUI traffic.
