A lovely idea.  Did you actually have any particular grounds for "legal
action" in mind?  I'm not personally aware of a single criminal statute
that Mr. Goldberg (curse him and crush him!) might have actually broken.
Nor can I think of any particular damage that anyone suffered as a basis
for a civil action.
 
I appreciate everyone's frustration, but "Sue the bastard!" is generally
not a much more helpful response than "Shoot the bastard!"
