Thanks to all who replied to my query Re: Semi-Moderation.
 
Now.  Renewal.  I have a local list that I have set to
 
*  Renewal= 9/1,Delay(14)
 
As expected, LISTSERV sent out renewal cards on Friday morning.  I
forwarded mine back to the LISTSERV and received acknowledgement that,
indeed, my subcription had been confirmed.
 
Well, guess what I got today?  Yes, another renewal card.
 
Is this a bug or a feature (as one subscriber asked me)?  I forwarded it
back and have received Yet Another Renewal Card ...
