The sublist  is treated like any  ordinary recipient of the  master list.
When the sublist receives the mail,  it distributes it. Since the sublist
is on the local machine this  should happen immediately. There is nothing
to configure, but something is clearly wrong. Maybe you used the Internet
address  of  your machine  to  subscribe  the  sublist, but  didn't  tell
LISTSERV that this is the local Internet address? Something like that.
