Majordomo's digest format is completely different from LISTSERV's.  Digest
in LISTSERV is a "personal option" that the user sets by sending a command
to LISTSERV.  In your case, the user would send mail to [log in to unmask]
EASE.LSOFT.COM with the command
 
SET WWWW DIGEST
 
in the body (not the subject) of the message.  I don't have my copy of
the manual handy, but this is described from a list owner's point of
view in Chapter 5.  I think the section is "Options that can be set"
or something like that.
