Juno is limited at 60K. If you don't set a size limit of 1200* lines for
the digest, then they won't get large ones, and they get no notice that it
was trashed.

If an AOL message is over 25K, then it makes it an attachment and is harder
for them to read. To prevent this you need a size of 500 lines for the
digest setting.

* Some people use 1300 lines. But the actual digest size depends on the
size of the message that takes it over the limit. Throw in a section of
base64 junk and 1300 lines can take it over 60K. Hopefully in the future,
as Listserv becomes less VM-centric, we'll see more things in K instead of
lines.
