Remember that the list keywords

ERRORS-TO=

and

OWNER=

need need not interesect.

The first keyword is interrogated when mail is addressed to
OWNER-listname.  The second keyword is interrogated when mail is
addressed to listname-REQUEST.

ERRORS-TO= OWNER means that mail is forwarded to the first/only non-QUIET
OWNER=.

ERRORS-TO= OWNERS means that mail is forwarded to all non-QUIET OWNER=.
