I can't believe people living in the MBA ravaged work environment of the
1990's could have time for this.  Why can't we just redefine "Listowner"
as people who have "owner" access on the header, which is true.  As far
as I've heard nobody has gotten upset over the use of the word "owner"
in the context of access control.  Yet.
