I have the following problem.

I just sent a quiet set +adm for * command to listserv.

It reported this command had been carried out for 342 subscribers.

I then sent out a message with the ADM: prefix.

Listserv reported that it had distributed to 272 subscribers.

As I write it has occurred to me that the difference in numbers is to be
explained by subscribers set to NOMAIL. Is that so, or is there
another problem?
