The subscription requests where the name of the user is given twice should
be removed from your lists, that's my reccomendation.  As the head of
subscriptions on the Miyazaki Mailing List, I've found that those type of
subscriptions are likely to be potential spammers using a subscription
generator of some-sort.  So please be wary of such subscriptions.
