Oh, so you are one of those innocents suckered into taking over
something someone else misconfigured.  Not uncommon.  A "monthly"
digest is supposed to be more or less that, it is sent once a
month.  Getting several 'monthly' digests per day is ridiculous,
but you get them due to the digest size limit of 600, which means
600 lines.  In my opinion your header needs to be totally rewritten
and get rid of the precise specifcations where they are not needed
and let the default settings, which serve quite well in general,
take over. See how that works and *then* decide the specific options
you want and how to specify them.  All those possible options for
the various keywords are just options; you need not use them and
should not unless you have a good reason to change from the default.
