My list has a very long name [FLORIDABIRDS-L] and early on I received a
complaint that not enough room was available for the subject. I replied to
the list that each person can change his or her own type of header by
changing the options and it will affect only the way it is received by that
subscriber. Everyone who replied wanted to leave it set to subjecthdr.

But what I wonder is: Is there anyway to use an abbreviation, such as
FLBIRDS, instead of using the full list name? The plain "subjecthdr"
default picks up the full name.
