Simple.  You define the substitute list owner as the primary Editor and
PUT the list.  When you come back, you redefine yourself as the primary
editor.  Parenthetically, LISTSERV will send the confirmation requests
to whatever address you define, so it doesn't matter whether you PUT
the list via SENDFILE or by mailing it.  If Editor= user@bitnode, then
the confirmation requests will go to [log in to unmask]  If Editor= [log in to unmask],
then they'll go via SMTP to the Internet address.
