Can anyone tell me if the following is possible:
The goal is to have a send= private list that is set to DIGEST (as a list
setting, not a personal one). This list (LIST A) would have only one member
(LIST B), and *only* the members of LIST B should be able to post to LIST A.
 
I see it like this:
 
LIST A is moderated, with LIST B as moderator.  LIST A is set to DIGEST
and send= private.
 
The question:  Can a moderated list have the DIGEST as a setting in the
header? What problems do you see with this idea?
