I posted a test message to one of my lists a short time ago. It was
returned, as I knew it would be since this problem has been ongoing
for a while now, with the error message attached. The list has the "topics"
feature implemented, so the test did not go to everyone, in case someone
wonders. The post was in fact distributed to the list. I can
document that. I sent the original posting to the PSUVM peer.

Can anyone shed any light on this? I have not knowingly made any changes
to my lists that I would expect to cause this problem, yet it is
occurring fairly regularly on several of my lists, some using the "topics"
feature and some not. All lists that I own are peered between PCCVM and PSUVM.

Thanks in advance,
