I was wondering, how one would get the 'change' command issued
by a user themselves, to report to the listowner, similar as it does
when the listowner does it for them.

Basically, where does one find the template that tells them that
they have changed their address specifically, and can I change that
(to include a CC to owners)?  If that doesn't work, is there any way,
as a listowner, to be notified when a subscriber does a change?  If
not, can I please add that to the Listserv wish list for next time
around? ;)  Thanx.
