This is added by the Exchange Server, Internet Mail Service (another name
for SMTP gateway!). Anything that is "indented" is given this treatment.
This is the default - great internally, but not very useful when you want to
see "exactly" what you are sending!

www.slipstick.com tells you how to turn this off on the Internet Mail
Service machine.
