DUALHDR may help. It's a subscriber option, so anyone who wants can send the
command SET LISTNAME DUALHDR to your listserv. It's the one I use to make up
for Microsoft's lame "reply" function ion Outlook Express.

P.S. Re. Microsoft: they aren't evil, just arrogant. So what if 50,000,000
users want it one way? Five Microsoft managers want it the other way, so
that's the way the internet will work from now on. :->
