Updating WWW <head> ... for "OPEN-bad-index" template only

Hi all,

Is it possible to update the <head>...</head> section for the
OPEN-bad-index template _only_ ? 

This is required to put a robots exclusion protocol meta tag in.

If not - is it possible to set listserv up to return 404 not found for
the OPEN-bad-index?
