Depending on the list's default options, subscriber's personal
option, mail is usually "batched" via the LISTSERV Distribute
algorithm and individual users are not identified in the
RFC822 TO: field. Many MTAs (mailers) will bounce with an
appropriate userid@node shown somewhere (including occasionally
within the RECEIVED: lines).

If not, then you have some detective work e.g.,

Q listname FOR *@*hlqf

Occasionally I have been know to resort to

SET listname SHORT822 FOR *@*hlqf

which causes LISTSERV to immediately e-mail each user in the domain
an individual message. This will usually cause the problem user
to bounce with an appropriate [log in to unmask] I can then change back
to the more efficient

QUIET SET listname SHORT FOR *@*hlqf

If no bounce occurs, I would wait until the next list distribution
then hope something bounced; then do the QUIET SET (above).
