Certainly agree on 16.x vs 1.8d

It does appear though that In Office 365 replies are not handled as before; does not happen with Outlook 2010 (and even iPhones and Androids are OK).  All the more reason to upgrade.

1.8d is something like 14 years out of date and should hardly be expected
function the same as the current LISTSERV 16.x.  This assumes Microsoft is
also functioning correctly which is unknown.  Specific header examples would
be helpful here.
