The LISTSERV list I administer is allied with projects on various web
pages, and I've gotten to the point where I can safely write links to those
pages into the MAILTPL, so that these links show up on the top archive
page. I'm wondering now if I can also write in the usual meta tags, so as
to make the archive page known to spiders & crawlers. I suppose I could
experiment, but since the MAILTPL isn't exactly standard html, I thought
I'd ask if anyone has tried this already. (I didn't find much about this in
the LSTOWN-L archives.) TIA -- ed
