The messages from [log in to unmask] were duplicate
postings...a couple of them came back to the moderator's account... I
did delete [log in to unmask] and haven't had any
more complaints from my list members yet...so have to assume they had
some kind of configuration error.  i will watch for their return :-(

BTW...PLEASE...if any of you know of any published work describing the
mailing list moderator's job/roles etc...send me the citation...I can
find a lot about 'computer conference moderators' (ie. for EIES,
VaxNotes etc) and about online teachers but not about US and what we
do...and I am expected to do a thorough lit review for this
dissertation :-) ... *I* don't mind there not being much (any?) but I
do have to convince my committee I have looked...
