IMHO, YMMV  i.e.,

Some folks like me rather see problems get SOLVED by the most expedient
means, and not let them fester while my time is wasted downloading the
bounces and users *suffering* by NOT getting all of their mail; or worse
*thinking* that they are getting all of their mail but only getting some
of it, and being oblivious to the situation.

FWIW, I've just started to receive said bounces on a list that generates
30-50 distributions per day.
