Hi Elizabeth

If you look at one of those emails in your inbox, that took 24 hours to come through, and find the internet headers (you appear to be using MS Outlook so open up the email, not just in preview pane, and go to View | Options | Internet Headers). Each stage in the route that email took to get to you is detailed in the "Received by" lines, most recent at the top. If you look at the dates & times you should be able to determine between which two servers the delay occurred.
