If you want to have 2 editors, how do you write your line in the
header to accomplish this. We are using this only to review posts for
people on review, who have violated our rules and were placed here for
monitoring.

We presently have 2 different lines as

        editor=***@*****    for the first person

        editor=***@*****    for the second person

This is not working. The second person is not receiving the letters
asking for an OK.

Is this correct.

        editor=***@1st_person,***@2nd_person
